On the night before the crucifixion, Jesus withdrew to the Garden of Gethsemane to pray.
Knowing the suffering that awaited Him, He knelt beneath the darkness of the olive trees while His disciples slept nearby. It was a moment of profound sorrow, courage, and obedience.
According to Scripture, His prayer was simple yet powerful:
“Not my will, but Yours be done.”
This image captures that defining moment.
Bathed in divine light breaking through the darkness, Jesus kneels alone among ancient trees as heaven and earth seem to meet in a single moment of surrender. The contrast between the deep night sky and the radiant golden light symbolizes the struggle between fear and faith, humanity and divinity, sacrifice and redemption.
The Garden of Gethsemane remains one of the most important locations in Christian history because it represents the moment Christ willingly accepted the path that would lead to the cross and ultimately to the resurrection.
Created under the Crave Designss Sanctuary Series V2 Protocol, this artwork focuses on the hero moment of the story itself rather than surrounding symbolism.
