On the night before the crucifixion, Jesus withdrew to the Garden of Gethsemane to pray.

Knowing the suffering that awaited Him, He knelt beneath the darkness of the olive trees while His disciples slept nearby. It was a moment of profound sorrow, courage, and obedience.

According to Scripture, His prayer was simple yet powerful:

“Not my will, but Yours be done.”
