• Digital downloads

Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot typically be provided.

Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered if:

• The purchased file is corrupted and cannot be replaced.

• The incorrect file was delivered.

• A duplicate purchase occurred.
